Mary Costello
Ms. Costello is the Director of the Winchester Music Department. She also conducts the WHS Orchestras.

Nick Costello
Mr. Costello runs the HS Band Program which includes Marching Band, Concert Band, Jazz Band. All Freshmen start with Concert Band and participate in the Marching Band. They can choose to audition in the Spring for one of the other groups starting the next Fall. He is also the conductor of the elementary bands as well as the WPS Department Evaluator.

Samantha Goldberg
Ms. Goldberg runs the Choral Program which includes Concert Choir, Bella Voce, Chamber Singers and Octets.
Ms. Goldberg is an American mezzo-soprano, conductor, and educator. She holds a Bachelor of Music from Westminster Choir College, where she studied the choral arts, voice performance, conducting, and music education. She also holds a Master of Art in Vocal Studies from the University of York. During her time at Westminster she performed under the batons of Yannick Nézet-Séguin, Alan Gilbert, Charles Dutoit, Joe Miller, Amanda Quist, James Jordan, and Nigel Short. While in York, she was an active member of the select ensemble, The 24, at the University of York, under the direction of Robert Hollingworth (i Fagiolini) and the Yorkshire Bach Choir, under the direction of Professor Peter Seymour. Ms. Goldberg spent three summers in Oxford, England participating in the Choral Institute at Oxford and the Oxford Choral Summer Singing School where she was the alto section leader under the direction of Dr. James Whitbourn. A former member of the Grammy-nominated ensemble, Westminster Williamson Voices, she can be heard on their recently released CD's, Carolae--Music for Christmas (Naxos), Hole in the Sky (GIA), and Silence into Light (GIA). In addition to her new position at WHS, Ms. Goldberg also actively participates in community theater, both as a performer and music director, and is a member of the Tanglewood Festival Chorus under the direction of James Burton. Ms. Goldberg is incredibly excited to join the Winchester family and looks forward to a bright year!
